If I order today, how long before my item will ship?

Standard processing time is 2-3 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for US addresses. We use USPS Priority 2-3 day shipping for heavy items and 1st class mail for other items. This is the average shipping times and we cannot “guarantee” this and are not held responsible for missed deadlines. If you need guaranteed delivery by a deadline, please purchase the upgraded shipping option.

Do you ship international?

Yes – we ship worldwide! Items are shipped with USPS First Class Mail International when able, and are mailed 6 days per week. Keep in mind it can take 2 to 4 weeks for arrival. Tracking information is NOT available once the package leaves US Customs. If you would like tracking, you will need to upgrade shipping. Tracking is only available for PRIORITY OR EXPRESS packages. The buyer is responsible for any and all customs and duties. The customs declaration put on the package will NOT contain false information for any reason. The buyer is responsible for being aware of what can legally be imported into his/her country.

How do I personalize?

Complete the personalization box before adding the item to your cart. Your text will be copy & pasted to avoid any errors, so please double check your order before submitting. If you prefer all uppercase or lower case, please indicate so (example: LUKE vs Luke, CARLEY vs Carley, etc)

Do you use stickers/vinyl for the letters & numbers?

NO! Letters/words are professionally printed onto the wood. They are not flimsy vinyl stickers or choppy looking stencils.

Oops, my address was wrong - what do I do?

Your package will be delivered back to Spang Gang Designs by USPS. Once received, we will reach out to you. Should your package be returned due to an incorrect address, an additional shipping charge will apply before the order will be resent.

What is your return policy?

Personalized/customized items are non-returnable/non-refundable. Damaged? See below. We will accept a non-personalized/non-customized return in original condition (including protective wrapping) and issue a refund minus the cost of original shipping & return shipping, if contacted within a 3 day window of receiving your order. There may be a 20% restocking fee deducted as well. Return shipping to SpangGang must include a tracking number. A refund will be processed upon receipt of the items back to SpangGang in new condition.

My item arrived damaged - now what?

Your satisfaction and exceptional customer service is our number one goal. If one of our products is defective, on our part, in any way (including shipping damage) we will be more than happy to replace it if contacted within 3 days of receiving your items. Photos of the damaged product (including a photo of the damaged product with your address label and packaging) are required. ***DO NOT** throw your item and packing away before resolution of the problem (USPS may require this for claim processing)

Do you make all of the items in your shop?

Yep! Every item in our shop is hand made by our Midwestern family in the comfort of our busy home workshop. Your item may not match the example photos exactly because they are each handmade. This is not a flaw, but rather the promise that your rustic home décor will feature unique designs and intricacies.

Not saying that others don’t – but it is our priority at Spang Gang!  We are a small, family business. You are not supporting a large factory with an expensive President or CEO. We are a husband & wife team with 4 kiddos, all working hard to support our American dream.
