Fill in the option box before adding the item to your cart. Include any information you want us to know: names, dates, colors, etc.Your text will be copy & pasted to avoid any errors, so please double check your order before submitting. If you prefer all uppercase or lower case, please indicate so (example: LUKE vs Luke, CARLEY vs Carley, etc).
We try to ship within one week, if at all possible. You never pay for rush processing (we don't think that's fair) and others can't buy their way to the front of the line. Send us a message if you have a deadline. We use USPS Priority 2-3 day shipping on many items, first class on lighter items.
Absolutely NOT! Letters/designs are professionally printed directly onto the wood. They are not flimsy stickers, won't fall off, and are non-glare (for photos). We do not use stencils that produce choppy-looking words/fonts.
All wood products are created and intended to be used indoors only. If you plan to use your item outside we recommend using a polyurethane to seal the item thoroughly.
Handmade Disclosure
Each sign is expertly handcrafted and fashioned from solid wood. Letters are professionally & permanently printed (no stickers or stencils). This sign will not match the pictures above exactly because they are each handmade. This is not a flaw, but rather the promise that your rustic home décor will feature unique designs and intricacies.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-personalized items. Just contact us within:3 days of delivery (according to USPS tracking)Ship items back to us within:7 days of delivery.We don't accept cancellations.But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.The following items can't be returned or exchanged:Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We recommend adding insurance to your return package. All items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging and tags still attached.
