Refund policy
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We don't accept cancellations.
Conditions of return
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
For non-custom and non-personalized orders, within 3 days of delivery (according to USPS tracking), contact us to confirm approval and details for a return or exchange. Once we've confirmed the details, the buyer is to ship items back to us within 7 days. Note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We recommend adding insurance to your return package. All items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging and tags still attached.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
